Pendleton City Manager Robb Corbett recaps yesterday's Pendleton Development Commission and city council meetings. Corbett explains the process and recommendation made to fill the vacant city council position in Ward 2 for which Sean Butler was selected and sworn in. Corbett also explains a letter of concern presented to council last by the Elgin Opera House concerning ADA accessibility for the former Christian Science Building. Other items had to do with the seismic upgrade to Pendleton Fire Station No. 2, battery storage at the wastewater treatment facility, plus the annual report from the tree commission.
