Blue Mountain Community College President Mark Browning shares what's on the horizon at BMCC campuses for 2026. Next, he shares what bills he's watching in Salem this legislative session. Oregon's community colleges continue to see growth and while that's usually a sign that the economy is not what it should be, he shares whether that's the case this time around. Browning then talks about the Blue Mountain Equine Center, now that he's had some time to get accustomed to it. He makes a quick mention about spring sports at BMCC and previews some of the extra curricular activities happening on the Pendleton campus. Browning wraps up the conversation sharing how businesses in Eastern Oregon can benefit from BMCC's Small Business Development Center.
