Mayor John Turner and City Manager Robb Corbett begin the conversation reviewing last night's Pendleton Development Commission. The PDC received an update on the Pendleton Development Association's search for an executive director and the History Preserved Pendleton project will wrap up tours in March and May. The PDC also accepted recommendations from the advisory committee on three building grant applications. The city council had public hearings on related ordinances/resolutions making a portion of Goad Road low density residential, the flood plain ordinance and vacating a portion of SE 19th Street. The council also approved the purchase of three new police vehicles, amended an intergovernmental agreement with ODOT on ADA ramps and discussed the next steps regarding the Bisnett Building (former Christian Science Building).
