Pendleton Parks and Recreation Director Liam Hughes begins the conversation talking about some big grant funded projects coming up. They are the Oregon State Parks grant for the rebuild of the ice rink at Roy Raley Park, the State of Oregon Youth Development Division grant for the afterschool program, and the USDA Forest Service grant for starting an urban forestry program.
