John Shafer, Umatilla County Commissioner talks with Dan Thesman, host of the Coffee Hour about if the County is to pursue a contested case hearing due to failure to follow county criteria for the project requiring a setback on a construction project.  Among other topics are an Emergency Management Grant, H-VAC maintenance and a request to approve increase in rate of pay, or authorize alternative for obtaining year maintenance at Pendleton facilities.
