Morrow County District Attorney Justin Nelson provided updates on active cases, including the arraignment and $500,000 bail of a convicted felon involved in an Irrigon robbery and coercion case, as well as a hammer attack in Heppner. He also discussed the ongoing construction of the county's new courthouse in Heppner,and warned the public about a fraudulent billing scam using fake county invoices.
