Mayor John Turner and City Manager Robb Corbett review agenda items from the Pendleton Development Commission and City Council Meetings. New business consisted of a change in the PDC by-laws, which include the Advisory Committee by-laws, would be revised by a recommendation from the Advisory Committee. The city council held a public hearing and took action on the historical sign ordinance; held a first reading of amending ordinance 4018 to the public contracting ordinance 3715, and the disposition of property ordinance 3911; heard an annual planning commission report; and had a presentation made on the McKay Creek Basin Analysis.
