Mayor John Turner and City Manager Robb Corbett discuss workshop items that included discussions on the Christian Science Building, SE 15th Street project and the East End Reimbursement District. Then, they talk about new business items during the regular city council meeting  - annual reports from the Arts Commission and Parks Commission, plus the Solid Waste Advisory Board. Police Chief Chuck Byram also gave the council an overview on changes to Measure 110. Council also met on a community accountability agreement, airport software, fire reading to repeal the fire code ordinance, approval of the Flex Hangar III architectural contract award, and approval of a renovation award for the former B-17 hangar.
