Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Fisheries Program Manager Jerimiah Bonifer gives a broad overview of thw the program is and touches on each project. Then, from the city council agenda, he talks about temporary moratorium on marijuana business licenses, the Pendleton Sports Complex land lease at Airport Industrial Park, and nominating Pendleton as Oregon's only World War II Heritage City. Next, Umatilla County Director of Administrative Services Dan Lonai talks about the upcoming May Primary Election, when to expect a voter pamphlet and ballot, voter registration, what to do if you receive a ballot for a voter no longer living at your address, plus voter participation and turnout.
