This is followed by our, ‘Spotlight on Research’ segment, where, in this episode we focus on a paper by Paniota Tron and Jolenta Burk, which looks at coaching, positive psychology, and gratitude. The episode finishes with an expert interview with Patricia Riddell, a Professor of Applied Neuroscience at the University of Reading, who discusses how neuroscience can be applied in solving practical business challenges.
