Parliament passed the new Workplace Fairness Bill on Tuesday (4 Nov), giving workers a clear way to report and resolve cases of discrimination at work. With the full law expected to take effect by end-2027, the question now is: If workplace discrimination is enshrined in a law, will that mean the right person for the right job?
