The Greater Bay Area in China is a giant economic hub, home to more than 87 million people. The central government has pegged the region as key to the country's economic growth. Some regions in the integrated zone though are struggling. Teresa Tang speaks to Deborah Wong about the challenges and why it's still a critical part of President Xi Jinping's plans for China.
