Shante has been an active member in the music business for decades...at one time during her reign, she served as the Vice-President of A&R for the Universal/Motown Records Group, she was responsible for controlling multi-million dollar budgets. She was also the Executive Producer and handled the production of Hip Hop and R&B headliners such as 702, Dave Hollister, KEM, Chico Debarge, India Arie, Erykah Badu, Remy Shand, Cash Money Millionaires, Pastor Troy, Lil Corey, The Temptations, and Joe. During her tenure at Motown, these artists sold more than 65 million albums collectively worldwide, putting Motown in the black after a decade of losses. These are only a few, of the many, MANY hats Ms. Paige has worn, and we were blessed to have her in studio.
