Savannah Engel, founder of the buzzy agency Savi, and her VP (and self-described "sister") Claire O'Connor sit down with Meghan Grimm for a hilarious, no-filter conversation on building a company together for nearly eight years. Savannah traces her wild path from a Michael Kors intern who caught the designer's eye mid-internship to launching Savi after shattering her leg on her 30th birthday (on painkillers, no less). Claire shares the chaotic, extremely candid story of how she first met Savannah as an 18-year-old assistant. They break down what actually makes their agency different — chasing atypical community instead of traditional press, building brand-new communities through events and unlikely partnerships, and why fashion PR has become so saturated that authenticity is the real currency now. Plus: the wildest work-trip stories (hello, Venice), the secret to running a company with your best friend without losing the friendship, and why Dua Lipa keeps waving at them like she knows them (she doesn't). A masterclass in hustle, chaos, and building something real.

Hollywood doesn't run on red carpets; it runs on assistants. Podcast hosted by Meghan Grimm

Hollywood doesn't run on red carpets; it runs on assistants. Behind every headline is the person who booked the car, confirmed the call time, and packed the snacks. In Hollywood, assistants aren't background; they're the operating system. From mailroom gigs, set runners and first feature films to all the chaos behind closed doors, Clyde Confidential lifts the curtain on the industry's most defining (and sometimes mortifying) early career moments. Hosted by Meghan Grimm, founder of the elite entertainment staffing agency Clyde, this podcast brings together the movers and shakers of Hollywood: clients, creators, and ex-assistants turned power players to dish on the real stories from their career journeys and biggest lessons that came out of them.
