Perth's Ryan Chapman knows better than most what it means to be unprepared on the water. He resurfaced after a spearfishing dive off the WA coast to find his boat gone - and spent 90 minutes adrift in the open ocean, unable to conserve energy or call for help, before being rescued by another vessel.
