Hayden Young called Lisa and Russell this morning ahead of an early training session before they fly out this afternoon to take on Carlton.

Hayden reflected on the thrilling win against Adelaide, where the team's determination and resilience paid off despite a tough opponent. 

Hayden also discussed the challenges the team faced against Adelaide and how they overcame them. He also emphasised the importance of sticking to their process and staying focused, even when the scoreboard wasn't in their favor. 

The guys then asked Hayden about this weekend's game against Carlton and the team's preparation for the game, including the debut of Tobyn Murray, who's worked hard to earn his spot. Hayden also gave an update on Murphy Reid's nether regions recovery and told the guys that he won't be playing this week.
