It appears that a lot of teams have been inquiring about Louis Robert Jr from the White Sox and one of them is the Mariners. How would a trade look and what hurdles would we have to clear?
He’s owed about $7 million for the rest of the season.
Do you even want him on the roster or in the clubhouse? By all accounts, he is unmotivated and only relies on his natural talents.
Is he any good? Will he actually help the team? Can he get back to the 2023 version of himself?
What would a trade for him actually cost you?

Yeah, we probably like our quarterback more than other people around the country, but the narrative circulating in the national ranks yesterday was just plain lazy- no, Sam is not a liability for the Seahawks in the playoffs.
14 interceptions and 6 lost fumbles- that’s all anyone focuses on, not the fact that his team is winning and Sam is doing his part to help them get there.
He was only 20 years old when he came into the league and he went to a crappy team, so it’s highly probably that he wasn’t getting what he needed to grow as an NFL QB in NY and Carolina.

:30- Bad news anti-analytics people: if you want King Felix to get into the Hall of Fame, you’re going to have to support the analytics, because that’s how he will get there.
Yesterday was very promising for Felix Hernandez as he saw the biggest jump in vote percentage from year 1 on the ballot to year 2 since 1967 going from 20.6% last year to 46.1% this year.

:45- Walker’s workload has been kept fairly low all season long as he split carries with Zach Charbonnet, but now, that’s not an option with Charbs out.
How many carries should Walker get on Sunday? A lot more!
