There are so many rules in place for this Mariners pitching staff. From piggybacking, to the 6-man rotation, the starters get their own set of rules, so how do those matchup with the extensive set of rules in place for the bullpen and why is it so hard to find 27 outs day in and day out?
Something’s got to give if we want Dan Wilson to be able to navigate the whole thing.
