It’s NFL schedule leak week, aka Adam Schefter’s favorite week of the year.
Schefter suggested that schedule leaks should start in March, because Schefter and the NFL don’t get enough attention!
On that note, ol’ Schefty leaked a little more this morning and eliminated another Opening Day opponent for the Seahawks as it appears the Chiefs and Broncos will meet up on MNF in week 1.

The Mariners got the win in game 1 in Houston despite George Kirby only going 5 innings… how did that pitch count get so high so fast?
The M’s put together some 2-out hitting in the 2nd and Julio continued his hot hitting with a solo homerun in the 3rd and those 3 proved to be all the offense they needed for the 3-1 win.

-	T is for Texas Tornado- Bryce Miller made his return to the mound in from of his family and friends in Texas and he looked great!
-	U is for Umpire- the home plate umpire had a tough night taking a ball to the face, so there was obviously a delay and things went downhill for the M’s after that.
-	V is for Vasquez- Christian Vasquez has no speed and we should have been able to get out of the inning, but bad things happened…

:45- The NFL schedule comes out this afternoon and we already have some gripes about how this is playing out.

It’s NFL Schedule release day and we got some other leaks about the Seahawks.
The Seahawks will open the season against the Patriots in a Super Bowl rematch… yuck.
The Seahawks will also play the Rams in the night game on Christmas Day… yuck. 

:30- Mariners Morning After
Bryce Miller returned to the mound yesterday and looked really good! It seemed like the Mariners were set up for a third straight win, but then things fell apart. Then they gave us hope again in the 9th… then it fell apart in the 10th and the loss leaves a bad taste in our mouth.

:45- Does Dan Wilson deserve the blame for last night’s loss?
What was he doing with Bryce Miller? He had multiple opportunities to pull him, but inexplicably kept him in.
