It’s official, Phillip Rivers has signed with the Colts and could legitimately be the backup QB when the Colts face the Seahawks on Sunday.
It’s not about his age, it’s about the fact that he’s been out of the game for 5 years already; he’s on the Hall of Fame ballot for goodness sake!
