Alvarez and Lindor came up huge in the 9th inning of a "Can't-Lose" game to lead the Mets to victory. The Mets lineup had been struggling, but they broke out in the 9th. They'll need to continue producing to keep up in the hot NL Wild Card race; Luis Gil battled in the rain for the Yankees in a big game one win against the Angels. The Yankees ultimately split the double header. 
Luis Severino needs to stay in the Mets rotation, and Jose Butto needs to stay in the Mets bullpen. Austin Wells is key to the Yankees success, and he has been excellent. 
Chris has seen all the Hard Knocks he needs to see, but there was a really cool Bears intro on the latest episode. Hour 1.
