Legendary drummer Carl Palmer is coming to Montreal with a really unique concert experience on September 14, recreating an actual ELP concert from the Royal Albert Hall. Randy spoke to him about that, as well as that band's long love affair with Montreal, and their famous concert at the Big O in the summer of 1977 with a 60-piece orchestra.
