Christopher Elbow is truly becoming a jack of all trades. He began with chocolate at his namesake shop in the Crossroads before delving into ice cream at Glacé Artisan Ice Cream. Soon, he’ll open a new concept on the Kansas side, Fairway Creamery, where he'll add donuts to his repertoire.
