From the Ingalls Studio. Welcome to the award winning Cherokee Tribune Ledger podcast. Today is Saturday, July 6th and happy 78th birthday to actor Sylvester Stallone.

These are my friends Cuff and Link.

I sold him to you.

Sure, I know you sold him to me. Remember you were working at that pet shop, huh? First day you was there and I came in and bought both these animals. Huh? Sure, I remember that. I came in, I bought this bowl, and I bought the animals themselves. The food, the marbles that go on the bottom there. Remember in the mountains. Remember the mountain? I had to get rid of that mountain, though, because they kept falling over and flipping. You know what I mean?

Hi, this is Liam McGrath, your Ingles dietician. While you may see all sorts of salt for sale at Ingles, just remember there's no health benefit to choosing a pink, gray or sea salt or kosher salt over iodized table salt. If you have high blood pressure, all salt still contains sodium, which may affect your blood pressure if you have hypertension and have been told to limit the amount of sodium you consume.
