In light of the 14th December Bondi attack, on The Nightline I was joined by psychologist Carlos Camacho to help us navigate the emotional aftermath.

We spoke about what to say to our children, how to carry the weight of events like this ourselves, and how to keep living our lives without letting fear take over. It was a steady, compassionate conversation about care, balance, and giving ourselves permission to feel what we feel.
