Recently there was an occurrence in which i experienced a bit of a 'shake up'. As much as there were short term lingering effects from this occurrence; the overriding experience was one of deep gratitude for being surrounded by and supported by incredibly heart led, authentic and genuine individuals.⁠

The power of being in an energy of gratitude, practicing self-compassion, and being okay to accept help were further deepened. ⁠

I chose this lens; to be of greatest service to me and those around me... remembering this choice is to remember to reclaim your personal power. ⁠
