डॉ. सौरभ मार्कंडेय (Co-CEO at The SHADO Group and Co-founder at AdarinET, Founder of Dreamfly Innovations). सौरभ यांनी  Indian Institute of Sciences - Bengaluru इथून PhD केले आहे. आणि COEP इथून इंजिनीरिंग केलं आहे. इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन या अतिशय महत्त्वाच्या आणि नाविन्यपूर्ण क्षेत्रात काम करत असलेला सौरभ या क्षेत्रातील एक जाणकार व्यक्ती म्हणून ओळखला जातो. इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन या क्षेत्रात बॅटरी आणि इतर महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयात त्याचे बरेच संशोधन आहे. जागतिक स्तरावर, भारतीय पाया असलेली, अग्रणी संशोधन संस्था उभारण्याचं ध्येय बाळगणारा सौरभ आणि त्याचे काम खरंच धाडसी आणि कौतुकास्पद आहे. आज खऱ्या अर्थाने "चार्जिंग पॉईंट" हा आपला पॉडकास्ट सार्थकी लागणार आहे.
