Manqoba hails from the rural area of Ingwavuma, Durban, Kwazulu Natal province in South Africa. He believes his mind set is wired for success and believes in high speed implementation. He has conquered the fear of starting businesses and thus he has started eleven different businesses to date, which led to the formation of Inpassion Group.
