As the local election season ramps up, we’re inviting all of the candidates for Victoria’s Mayor to introduce themselves to us. Candidate Bruce McGuigan is centering his campaign on collaboration with the public, safety, transportation and affordable housing; also pledging to pursue the goal of making homelessness rare, brief and non-reoccurring. He joins for a meet-the-Canada chat.
