Vancouver Island wineries spared from cold snap that caused crop loss for vintners across the province

Al spoke with Zac Brown, president of Wine Islands Growers Association & owner of Alderlea Vineyards in the Cowichan Valley, about how Vancouver Island wine producers fared during the January cold snap that wiped out many 2024 vintages across the province. Brown says that Island wineries are having a great year but it won't be enough to cover the losses around the province.
