And as she dug up a massive Jerusalem artichoke, Fiona showed us exactly what healthy soil and smart seed stewardship really looks like.

The event returns to Starlight Stadium June 27 with The Tea Party at 7 and Our Lady Peace headlining at 8:45. The day starts at 3 with the Great Canadian Cookout and performances from Darrian Gerard and Victoria duo Cold Fame. Tickets start at $59, with presales March 11 and part of every ticket supporting local charities.

Josh & Jade spoke with Sidney Mayor Cliff McNeil‑Smith about the airport bus debate, as the transit commission considers a May pilot. Sidney’s worried a Route 72 detour could undo recent Route 88 improvements  adding travel time and crowding for daily riders. 
The mayor breaks down what he’s hearing from residents, why even a short‑term pilot carries risks, and whether hybrid options like targeted airport trips could be a better fit for the Peninsula.
