What started as a reno has turned into a much bigger rebuild, with some surprise structural issues under the floor… but also some really cool pieces of the building’s history uncovered along the way. He shared what they’ve found so far and what still needs to happen before Hermann’s can welcome people back.

On the menu today: decadent French toast, a fresh vegan bánh mì, a grilled pineapple jerk chicken sandwich with a little kick, and a rich prawn and andouille risotto. Let’s just say… everyone was very well fed.
