SFU expert Andrey Pavlov  joined Josh & Jade this afternoon to break down today’s major U.S. Supreme Court ruling striking down President Trump’s ‘Liberation Day’ tariffs. 
The 6–3 decision found Trump overstepped his authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act—voiding the sweeping global tariffs and marking one of the biggest legal blows to his economic agenda.
