British Columbia's two busiest pediatric hospitals are buckling under the strain of sick kids seeking urgent medical attention, mostly due to respiratory viruses. Daflos says BC Children's Hospital has been operating at 120% of capacity for almost 2 weeks & says that's resulted in activation of a dedicated emergency centre -- or "provincial pediatric table" -- to coordinate resources
