This week, it’s a celebration of “Open that Bottle Night” on Saturday, February 22.  We’ll talk with a host of wine geeks and find out which wine they have determined will no longer live in their cellar.  Geoffrey Moss, Master of Wine, Lithica Wine Marketing, talks about a couple he’s prepared to open. Robert Stelmachuk, Wine Director of Mott 32 Restaurant, will join us to talk about the bottles he’s planning on opening on the big night.  Another of our favourites with a brimming cellar is David Lawrason, Wine Director, WineAlign.  You might be surprised by his choices.  DJ Kearney, Director of Wines Terminal City Club in Vancouver, has a cellar of eclectic choices, and we can’t wait to hear her picks.  What are you opening on Open That Bottle Night? #OTBN
