Joining the program this morning is Trooper Megan Frazer, Public Information Officer with the Pennsylvania State Police and Fritzi Schreffler, Safety Press Officer with the PA Department of Transportation to discuss a new law taking effect this week and what it means for drivers.  Then, Elisabeth Wright Burak, Senior Fellow at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy’s Center for Children & Families and Melissa Boteach, Chief Policy Officer of Zero to Three join the program to discuss a new survey and how cuts to federal programs could effect expecting moms, young children, and others in Central PA that rely on medical services and more.
