Then to Michigan, where establishment Democrats torched $63.9 million trying to stop Abdul El-Sayed and failed, setting up a Senate race between a Christian former FBI agent in Mike Rogers and a socialist who is already warning Rogers he has "no safe quarter in Michigan." Congressman John James takes the GOP nomination for governor over Perry Johnson, the NRSC drops its first attack ad, and Dana Nessel is skipping her own party's convention over safety fears.
