I’m in Seattle, WA. Almost in the shadow of the Ballard Bridge, there is a brewery with an excellent view. RoofTop Brewing Company started in a garage in 2012, but always had a dream of becoming a place where you can enjoy a pint on a rooftop. I spoke with the head of operations Craig Christian.
