Senior Games - Guests Trena K Palmer, Recreation Supervisor Park and Recreation | Revolution Park Sports Academy Mecklenburg County, Carlos Glender, participant for many years and Lucinda Rushing a 12-year participant share their stories with this outstanding and fun competitions. The games are for seniors aged 50 or better and are held annually at the county and state levels.  The national games are held in the odd years (2027, 2029, etc.).  Top three finishers at the county and state levels qualify for the next level.  The Mecklenburg games were held this past May. The North Carolina State Games will be held this September.  Top finishers here move on to the National Senior Games to be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma, June 30 to July 11, 2027 with Ed
