Barchas University Professorship in Translational Psychiatry and the University Hospitals Morley-Mather Chair of Neuropsychiatry at Case Western Reserve University, where he also directs the Center for Brain Health Medicines at the Harrington Discovery Institute. His laboratory is best known for pioneering the discovery and development of the P7C3 class of neuroprotective compounds.
