Ep. 632 - The calendar flip to 2023 did nothing to flip the Cardinals’ fortunes. At least not yet anyway. Craig Grialou and Paul Calvisi look back at Sunday’s 20-19 loss at the Atlanta Falcons. The effort was there, but the result was not. There were, however, several individual performances worth highlighting. (Yes, that’s where at in the season.) David Blough looked good at quarterback, making the right decisions within the framework of the offense; Trey McBride continued to show progress in his rookie year, setting career highs in both receptions and receiving yards plus he had his first career touchdown; and Isaiah Simmons stepped up to play safety in the absence of Budda Baker.
