If anyone is familiar with the board game Risk, sometimes I feel like we had all worked hard on our game plan and strategy for 2020 and then the entire board got flipped - all plans, strategies, expectations and assumptions got turned upside down, almost overnight, and pretty much across the globe.   
And for parents, we have had to multitask like never before! Family systems have been placed under great pressure as we try navigate lock down, home schooling, poor health, financial stress and many other uncertainties.
