Shortly before 8am, we received news that a building on Newmarket Street in Woodstock was on fire. We tracked down Gus Kastner, who is one of the sectional title owners in the building and also a trustee on the body corporate, and he was on the scene outside of the building as firefighters were bringing the fire under control. He shared the unfolding events with Lester Kiewit, as well as some details on the building itself.
