According to a recent online article quoting a European food safety expert, it is because it is deemed an unsafe dish to prepare due to the possible presence of salmonella, listeria and campylobacter, requiring adherence to strict food safety protocols. Lester Kiewit speaks to Professor Lucia Anelich, a food safety expert who has personally inspected many commercial kitchens and believes the risk of food poisoning from a toasted chicken mayo has been blown out of proportion, and no reason for us to be shunning it.

He has been championing a resolution to have the world’s maps redrawn to accurately depict the size and scale of Africa. Now The United Nations General Assembly has voted in favour of giving Africa its rightful size on maps of the world. The "Correct the Map" resolution was sponsored by Togo, as well as the African Union. The resolution to redraw the world’s maps was passed with the support of 164 nations.
