It’s estimated that there are 6.5 million U.S. citizens living abroad who can vote but less than 14% actually do. Charles Belk is an American citizen who has been to over 80 countries and is currently living in South Africa. He speaks to Lester Kiewit about why he feels that those living abroad should still care enough to vote in any elections taking place back at home.
