While it remains unclear whether this is the result of a broader supply constraint or possible withholding within the supply chain, Visser’s on-the-ground observations suggest a pattern emerging locally, with similar reports circulating elsewhere. He tells Lester that taxi drivers indicated this was the only station with diesel available, and his own drive through town confirmed that multiple forecourts had no diesel.
