Yesterday the corruption case against former Free State Premier Ace Magashule has taken a dramatic turn with the Bloemfontein High Court having ruled that the extradition of his former personal assistant, Moroadi Cholota, from the United States was unlawful due to procedural missteps by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).
