After 44 years of serving patrons, the popular Tai Ping Chinese restaurant in Newlands has made the switch to serving take-away meals only. This difficult decision was prompted by a drop in dine-in patrons and a shift towards food delivery orders says owner Colin Wing, who spoke to Lester Kiewit.
