More than 70 vendors will be taking part in the next edition of the popular Taiwan Food Festival at Makers Landing (V&A Waterfront) on Sunday 21 June. This year will also see two chefs flown in from Taiwan to give live cooking demonstrations. Lester Kiewit speaks to Tina Long of Home Bao, who will be there serving her famous potsticker dumplings, to find out what distinguishes Taiwanese cuisine and Taiwanese street food from other Chinese offerings.
