Professor Judith Enck is a senior fellow and faculty member in the Center for the Advancement of Public Action at Bennington College in Vermont, as well as the President of Beyond Plastics. Along with climate and environmental reporter Adam Mahoney, she has co-authored the book “The Problem with Plastic”, where they not only outline all the negative aspects of our global plastic dependence, but also provide some hope. She spoke to Lester Kiewit about the far-reaching impact of microplastics and what we all need to do to put pressure on the big corporates to mave away from plastics.
